Christina M Queens, NY I was the only other Patron watching the show. It was impeccably clean. I can imagine it being packed in here. I have zero complains. I didn't order food.

Amanda R. Queens, NY Came with my boyfriend, and we were ordering food. There was a young girl, I think of Indian decent, serving us today at register and was just staring at us with an attitude when we said hi and rolled her eyes. Then when we finished ordering some guy handed us our nachos and she just blankly kept staring at me with an attitude.We were waiting for her to pass us our cups for our drinks and she wouldn't pass us our cups when I asked if we can have our cups....for some reason expected me to reach over counter to grab my own cup. She needs better customer service, and a better attitude when serving others, either that or stop hiring younger girls who show they don't want to work to customers. It's not a pleasant experience.

We got the regular stuff popcorn and nachos. The cheese wasn't the best one it was really salty. However very clean place.
Diana U. Long Island, NY The staff here has always been great. I usually go on movie discount tuesdays. Before covid it was so busy but now it's quiet and spaced out and more pleasant. The theaters are super clean, even before covid, but especially now. The movie availability right now starts later on most days besides tuesdays. But if you go before 4pm daily there's usually a 20%-30% discount. If you use the app, which i highly suggest, it makes everything super hassle free for both yourself and the limited staff. I always use the app so i walk right in, scan my code in the front, grab my preordered movie snacks and head straight to my seat.
