The celebration includes wagon rides out to the 10 acres of 50 sunflower types, as well as food trucks and live music. The adult tickets started at $10.

If you’re driving down Highway 522 north near Winchester, Virginia, keep an eye out for three acres of sunflower fields that bloom from September through October.
Interestingly, you are free to enter here, their produce is originally grown, from seed to harvest, and is planted by The Homestead Farm at Fruit Hill Orchard.
However, if you want to make your own bouquet, the blooms are $1 per stem. The farm’s annual Sunflower Festival took place on September 25.
