What are the Examples of Pre Assessment

Pre Assessment Tests for Employment

Pre-assessment test for employment, also known as Pre-employment testing, is a systematic means of assessing job candidates’ qualifications throughout the recruiting process.

These can range from testing for basic work skills and software knowledge to emotional stability and intellectual capability.

Types of Pre-Assessment Test for Employment

#1. Cognitive ability tests

Employers use the General Aptitude Test (GAT) to assess logical, verbal, and numerical thinking skills.

#2. Personality tests

Character evaluations can provide information about a candidate’s cultural fit and if their personality is conducive to work performance.

Personality qualities have been associated with job performance across a range of professions.

#3. Skills Assessment Test

#5. Job Knowledge Test
